About Nolan Gregg

Nolan Gregg’s interest in real estate began with his own family’s moves. From an early age, he saw how housing needs change through different stages of life and became familiar with the uncertainty that can accompany buying and selling. His family’s agent helped make each transition easier through patience, honesty, and genuine care.

He began his work with the Adventure Real Estate Team at REMAX Bayshore behind the scenes alongside Troy Daily and Rebecca Brown. In that role, he researched comparable properties, analyzed local market data, and helped prepare comparative market analyses. This experience gave him a practical understanding of pricing and the work required to guide a transaction from preparation through closing. He also saw how consistent communication and continued follow-up help build lasting client relationships.

Nolan earned his master’s degree in Marketing Research and Analytics from Michigan State University’s Broad College of Business. His training taught him how to examine large amounts of information, identify meaningful patterns, and explain what the findings mean for a decision. He applies those skills to help sellers make informed pricing decisions, while giving buyers clear insight into property values, neighborhood activity, and current market conditions.

Drawn to Northern Michigan for its outdoor recreation, water, and lifestyle, Nolan chose to make the region his home. Having relocated throughout his life, he brings a useful perspective to clients making a similar transition. He is especially interested in working with first-time buyers and people relocating to the Traverse City area, guiding them through each step with preparation, responsive communication, and straightforward advice.
