Samantha Akers is a Traverse City REALTOR® with Brick & Corbett at REMAX Bayshore, serving buyers and sellers in Traverse City and across Northern Michigan. Her interest in real estate grew through more than a decade of personal experience buying, selling, and renovating properties, as well as managing a short-term rental. Samantha also brings a professional background in data management within the biotechnology industry. Her ability to organize complex information, identify important details, and provide clear, practical guidance helps clients make well-informed decisions while keeping the many moving pieces of a real estate transaction on track.

Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Samantha fell in love with Northern Michigan during a family visit and later moved to Traverse City with her husband. Having made Northern Michigan her own home, she is excited to help others find their place here.
