The Inn offers a prime Lake Michigan waterfront location across the street from Lake Michigan, the Crystal River and Beach Club. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit is located on the upper level of a beautifully restored historic building. Unit 16 has a kitchen, gas fireplace, air conditioning, and luxurious furnishings. The master bedroom has Lake Michigan views and king bed, The guest bedroom is interior with twin beds. The quiet, three story building has a gracious lobby, elevator, and shared laundry. Eighth fractional ownership provides visits every other month with a rotating schedule. The HOA fee is $250 per month and covers insurance, utilities, maintenance and updates.
